The Role:
The candidate will support the Manager of Administration and Human Resources.
The ideal candidate will exhibit professional standards, excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, and manage their time well.
This individual will take initiative on various projects and tasks and be great at follow through.
The position requires flexibility in day-to-day responsibilities and a desire to to support the entire Cast Iron team, demonstrating this will help ensure success and provide an opportunity for growth.
Key
Responsibilities:
Administrative Act as the point of contact for employee's administrative needs, both in office and remote workers Maintain office organization and cleanliness of all common areas and watering of plants Maintain office supplies and breakroom supplies for all four offices Manage office-related vendor relationships and business subscriptions Assist remote IT with troubleshooting issues with in-office printers and wifi Execute internal shipment requests:
UPS, USPS & FedEx Pick-up an sort mail Keep employee directory updated Submit and manage expense reports for all office needs and for C-Suite Coordinate and support travel for C-Suite and EVPs Assist in scheduling for C-Suite and EVPs Events and Activities Assist with planning and logistics of externally facing events in support of sales and partnership business Manage day-to-day client gifting and end of year holiday gifting project Support employee engagement activities, ranging from company wide events to employee onboardings to birthday acknowledgements, including travel and logistics Manage occasional in-office meetings, including coordinating any logistics or requests needed
Qualifications:
Must live in the greater New York area Must have personal car for occasional office errand running Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Google Suite, Office Suite a plus Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail Ability to multitask and handle personnel across all departments Willingness to go above and beyond their core responsibilities Outgoing, positive, cheerful, dependable, and willing to help, no task too small or too large Ability to take initiative, work independently and as a team, solve problems, and anticipate needs appropriately Interest in our industry is a plus At Cast Iron Media, we strive to emphasize the importance of a team-oriented culture and a company we're proud to be a part of.

This is an in office full-time, exempt position reporting to the Manager of Administration and Human Resources; must be based in the Greater New York area.
Pay:
$50,000.
