Summary:
This is a hybrid role based in Irvington, NY This is a key role for the Visual Merchandising department.
This coordinating role will serve as support to some business functions and partners, but will also have the opportunity to be the primary holder of some workflows.
This role provides access to many aspects of the business (creative, retail, wholesale) providing great opportunities for the successful candidate.
Summary of Duties and
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Director of Visual Merchandising on the logistical planning and execution of monthly window directives.
Partner with the Visual Merchandising team on the overall direction of product placement, mannequin looks, and prop installation.
Create compelling and effective directives that are easily executed by store team.
Adapt and/or customize as need be.
Review store photos, provide feedback, and follow up to ensure a high standard of product presentation Create VM tools to support wholesale business on a seasonal basis.
Track all signage needs, liaise with key cross functional partners and VM Director.
Support corporate showroom and trade show installations as needed.
Support the VM strategies of Company stores as needed.
Support the review of Full Price Fleet floorset pics, provide feedback, and follow to ensure a high standard of product presentation.
PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS AS REQUIRED.
Required ExperienceEducation:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3
years of related retail or visual merchandising experience required Knowledge of In-design, Photoshop, Office Suite, and Sketchup preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Exceptional understanding of basic design and composition principles.
Authentic interest in the retail industry and knowledge of various service models.
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to plan for multiple deliverables Dedication to creating an excellent customer and client experience Open-minded attitude towards experiencing our Brand and product The hiring salary range for this role is $60- $70k/yr.
